Thank you for shopping at Ziva decor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The artwork must not show any signs of installation, scratches, stains, or handling damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and the address where the item should be sent. Please ensure the painting is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards or promotional items
Because artworks are delicate and sometimes produced on demand, returns may not be accepted for minor color variations or personal preference after purchase.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired artwork once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
